Rooted in Relationship
All relationships typically start out as transactional or “how does this benefit me?”. That’s an ok start, but transactional relationships are short-term, goal-oriented, and based on exchange with minimal emotional investment. Relational relationships, in contrast, are long-term, trust-based, and built on mutual emotional connection, investment, and open communication to foster deeper, more meaningful bonds.
As social domesticated animals, we know dogs thrive when they have relational bonds with their humans. It’s where you go from being roommates with your dog to being their family, friends and coaches.
My goal for you is to help you and your dog create a deeper, more meaningful relationship.
Become someone your dog cares about listening to.
Let’s get training!
Hi, I'm Lindsay!
I've been in the dog training industry for eight years now, and I have a deep passion for teaching people how to live more seamlessly with their dogs. I specialize in group behaviour, aggression modification, and herding breeds. I believe all good training comes from a good relationship, and that being clear is being kind.
I own four dogs of my own with my partner Ryan- Buckshot (Husky/Shepherd mix), Cricket (Australian Shepherd), Crash (Beligian Malinois), and Melon (Belgian Malinois). My Malinois and I compete in protection sports, and my Shepherd mix and Aussie herd sheep and goats. My dogs are truly the loves of my life (Sorry Ryan hehe).

When I’m not out hiking or training my dogs, I can be found watching reality tv, paddle boarding or reading a good book.
